Manual Lookup

If you have purchased one of our bots and have not received your auth code, or you need to lookup your auth codes, you can easily do it using the form below. Please take note of the instructions provided for each payment method. To prevent abuse, auth codes will only be available via this panel for up to ten days after the purchase date. Also note that three failed attempts at using this form within 24 hours will result in a 24 hour ban from our auth panel system.

Paypal Lookup Intructions:

Enter the e-mail address that is associated with the Paypal account that was used to purchase the selected bot. Note: For security reasons with Paypal payments, once your auth code has been used, this form will not be able to retrieve your auth code again.

Google Checkout Lookup Intructions:

Enter the Google Checkout order number associated with the payment that was made for the selected bot. This order number can be found with the receipt that was sent to you by Google after your purchase. Note: If you recently purchased your bot, Google Checkout can take up to 24 hours for your auth code to appear in our system.

Onebip Lookup Intructions:

Enter the Onebip transaction ID associated with the payment that was made for the selected bot. This ID can be found by logging into your Onebip account and viewing the transactions list, or through the receipt that was e-mailed to you by Onebip after purchasing.
