Auth Code Reissue Panel

If needed, you may use the form below to reissue your auth codes. The auth code you enter will be permanently disabled from use and a new auth code will be e-mailed to the e-mail address used to make the original purchase. An example of when reissuing your auth code may be necessary is if you know or believe that your auth code may have been stolen.

Restrictions

  • Success or fail, you may only use this form once per 24 hour period.
  • A purchase may only be reissued once in its lifetime.
